It’s been a long wait, and we are still working out details, but 2008 Suzuki GSXR 600/750 riders can finally put style on order.

Due to the design changes on the stock GSXR 600, the TaylorMade 2008 GSX-R 600 kit is a FULL system that eliminates the stock headers, box and mufflers saving more than 10 pounds! The kit comes with right and left side carbon fiber trim to blend the stock fairing into that aerodynamic MotoGP style. TaylorMade’s carbon trim is real carbon fiber, not fiberglass or plastic. All trim pieces are solid carbon with a natural lightweight race finish. Pieces will not discolor if left natural but customers building show bikes can paint or clearcoat pieces for a custom finish.

All pipework is lightweight stainless steel and ceramic coated black for better heat control and stealthy looks. We measured sound levels of 106 db at 7000 rpm as compared to 96 db for the stock exhaust.

Dynojet has a system and is testing HP numbers now. Information will be posted as soon as we receive it.

Systems are also available without trim for those running race bodywork.

NOTE: This is a full system due to the welded construction of the stock GSXR exhaust. Some people are swapping on earlier headers in order to run slip-ons. We have not tested this ourselves, but 06-07 cans can be purchased with 08 trim for those feeling adventurous. Call for more information.
