Auction Terms and Conditions

  1. Seller is Vincent Haskovic.
  2. Seller may withdraw the bike from auction at any time.
  3. Seller reserves the right not to sell below the reserve price
  4. Closing date for the auction is March 01 12:00 noon 2006 Pacific Standard Time.
  5. Winning Buyer will be notified within 24 hours of the close of the auction.
  6. Winning Buyer must deliver a certified check for the full bid amount, written to Wegman Benefit Fund, Inc. within 5 days of the close of the auction.
  7. Winning bid is purchase price of the Czecher Superlite FOB Los Angeles, California.
  8. Bike is registered in California and buyer is liable for any taxes that may apply.
